Megan is an ISSA certified personal trainer who is continuing to educate herself on the best techniques to help clients reach their health and fitness goals. Megan has always enjoyed challenging herself to be the very best version of herself. Whether it was playing softball, field hockey or catching waves at the beach, she LOVES being active! During ROTC physical training in high school, she found incredible motivation in seeing the positive changes in herself, and pursued that drive by encouraging others to do the same. In 2019, after trading in an addiction to alcohol for weights at the gym, Megan was driven to become the healthiest she had been. As she personally experienced what it takes to create good habits, make changes to her diet and be consistent in strength training, she discovered a love for teaching others what she had learned. Megan loves teaching mind/muscle connection and believes that anyone can change their future to create a healthier body and life!
